Preserved Foods are not Good for Health

For survival and growth, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins, etc., are taken in by us through diet.

The raw material such as rice, pulses, fats are in such chemical structure that we cannot assimilate, that's why by cooking process, they are converted into smaller molecules by digestive system, from mouth to stomach, through  series of enzymatic process.

Long chain carbohydrates are converted into oligosaccharides, long chain proteins in meat, egg or pulses into shorter protein chains & oils into micellar globules during cooking

If the cooked food is left out for a while, Microorganisms are invaded into the food  and work on the molecules in their physiological ways because the cooked food stuff is now in bio-manageable molecular status.

If these food is reheated, not only the useful food is warmed, the micro-organisms themselves & the chemicals they have excreted are also heated and chemically processed.

These chemical and biological entities are likely to generate poisonous molecules upon reheating. Similarly , Food stuffs, left for long time are also likely to be contaminated by the invisible microorganisms along with their excreta during their regime on the food. So, the left over / preserved foods stufffs is also a source of possible poisonous content. So, these reheated cooked food /Left over/preseved foods are not good for health.
